SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders that we receive in the morning will ship out the same day. Most orders that we receive after noon will ship out the following day. We do not ship on sundays or holidays that the US postal offices are closed.
We ship from 3 different locations:
Our main office in Arizona, a fulfillment company in Texas that we contract with or from Amazon.
We ship the majority of our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS)
First class mail - $5
Takes from 1-7 days in the USA most of the time. (Around Christmas can sometimes take longer)
Priority mail - $10
Ships via USPS and usually takes 2-3 business days 95% of the time. we have seen it take up to 5 days but that is rare. this is not a guaranteed service.
Express mail - $40
If we get the order early enough in the day and you alert us to your request for overnight service we can usually get your order out the same day and it will arrive the next day. We have seen some locations in the US that the post office has told us they cannot reach in one day.
We can ship via Fedex or UPS and they offer guaranteed next day and second day service but at substantially higher costs. Next day air is about $90 and second day air is about $65. It varies by distance and weight. We will charge you actual costs plus $5 if you request these services.
Special Note: Sometimes during holidays it can take a little bit longer than the above stated estimated delivery times. please be patient unless you have requested guaranteed services.
International shipping.
We ship to Canada for only $5 but this service can take from 5 days to as much as 25 days. We are sorry for any delays but passing from US postal to Canadian postal and transferring through customs can sometimes cause these delays beyond our control. Fedex and UPS offer guaranteed delivery times of 2-3 days but at substantially higher costs. Usually about $90. We charge actual cost plus $5 for UPS or Fedex. They are able to guarantee because it always stays in their hands from pick up until delivery.
For other countries like the UK, Australia, New Zealand and western Europe, we charge $15 for USPS first class mail. This usually takes 1 week to 3 weeks for delivery. Fedex and UPS are available at cost plus $5. These services are usually about $90 and are usually delivered in about 3-4 days.
